How does the TVStab compare to the HiVoltGuard/TVGuard ?
Both have a 10 second reconnect delay and a Low voltage disconnect. The TVStab regulates the incoming voltage and produces a stable output where as the HiVoltGuard/TVGuard  disconnects the power totally until input supply is stable and within recommended operating range.
